Jiangsu Sea-lion Machinery Co.,Ltd. produced the first tunnel washer system in China a decade ago. Several hundred units have since been manufactured and field proven. The construction process is unrivaled as CNC laser cutters and machines, and robotic welders assure a top quality product while the mechanical and software design is of the most technologically advanced in the world.
Design layout process:
Each Sea-lion tunnel washer system is custom configured to meet extract customer requirements. Full inhouse design services match machines to site requirements assuring the perfect utilization of resources and optimal results. Space savings design layouts include loading conveyors or overhead slings in monorails, multi-level shuttle transports, and combinations of exit points from the extraction process.
SCADA control architecture:
The Sea-lion control platform provides for full wash system programming, complete system monitoring and customer load tracking. It is further linked throughout the site on multiple system monitor points, as well as remote access for owner management and direct factory support diagnostics.

2.Transference of the linen is smoothly done through the bottom without blockage. 60kg of linen for each compartment.
3.1200KG-1800KG hourly.
4.Perfect combination of down flow and counter flow ensure the best washing result.
5.Steam, water, power, labors and floor taken are substantially saved.
6.The consumption of water and steam is reduced greatly thanks to the water recycling system.
7.Due to the design of counter flowing, the directions of water flow and linen running are opposite so that water can go through the textiles strong and rapidly.
8.The washing detergents for each washing tub can be supplied at a ration / and a quantity.
9.The external central controller standing alone can control the whole procedure efficiently.
10.Alarm and warning information can help the machine guard against damage caused by misuse or wrong data input.
