Q8:How to Order? A:Step1. After making every details clear with our sale, Please confirm orders to us.We will send you a Proforma invoice (PI).Need your information, such as full name,country, city, detail address, post code, tax number ... Step2. Send payment T/T or West union. On the basis of the PI & send back us the proof, we will delivery by FedEx or DHL within 3-5 working days after payment confirmed. Setp3. Confirm us receipt of products.
Q9: After sales service? A: For small quantity of defective cartridges, please kindly send us some proof of quality problem, such as photo, and scanned print sheets, etc. And we will send you replacement cartridge of same model and quantity along with next shipment.
