JC-DY Diamond head burnishing tool
Diamond head burnishing tool has wide application range and strong versatility. It can burnish the workpiece with the highest hardness of HRC60. It is also suitable for the processing of the workpiece with minimal diameter, complex outer diameter and thin wall.
Processing principle
It uses high strength and high precision diamond to burnish workpiece surface. With the applied pressure exceeding the yield point of the material, the surface of the part will be plastic deformed due to cold extrusion of the shallow material to achieve mirror surface finishing.
