Do I need permits?

Yes. License or permits required to start a new distillery depending on where you are located. Besides the federal permits for the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) there may be state and local laws.

Why do I need copper?

Red copper provides an essential chemical reaction, especially at lower proofs, whick removes sulfides while the alcohol is in vapor form.Copper has the ability to react with many sulfide compounds, such as sulfides or mercaptans, which are normally present in fermented mash, making them insoluble and removing them from the high wine vapor. As this chemical reaction proceeds within the still, a bright copper surface becomes much dark. For continuation of effective scavenging, it is necessary periodically to clean the still to remove these black deposits.

What is your lead times?

Whereas most of the manufacturers in the US have a 12-18 month lead time, or they tell you it's a 45~60days build, We are always working to reduce this lead time, but due to the volume of production and dedication to quality, we won't rush out a system before it's ready.

How to know the processes of order?

We will take pictures or video during manufacturing every two weeks to make customer clear about the order. 
When goods is finished,we will send you more detailed photos or video for your inspecting. 
We also welcome you to our factory to inspect equipment by yourself.

Can you do custom designs?

Yes. Our Designer will design, source, and build almost any type of system you may need in your distillery. From producing complete one-off specialty stills to making modifications to existing designs, we are happy to talk with you about making your equipment or making it better. We've built hot liquor tanks, wort coolers, mash tuns, fermenters, grain handling and storing equipment, custom stills. If you need it for your distillery, we can design and build it to your specifications.

How do customers visit our factory?

 We are located in Wenzhou city,Zhejiang Pr.China.which is very near to Shanghai.From Shanghai China to our city, it will take 1 hour by air(The name of airport is Wenzhou Longwan International Airport), and 4 hours by fast train(The name of fast train station is Wenzhou Nan train station)
And our factory is very close to airport only 15 minutes by car, and 1 hour by car from fast train station.

How to control quality?

All of the material has material certification.
Before any set of brewing and distilling equipment leaves DYE. 
It goes through a complete quality and assurance control inspection. 
This inspection assures your equipment meets all specifications and is in proper working order before it leaves our facility and arrives at your door.

Do you offer any type of warranty or technical support?

We offer two(2) year limited warranty. We are always available by phone or email for technical support.

What is the shipment schedule?

We will send you photographs of your order being loaded into the shipping container at the factory.
The shipping container will generally leave port 3-4 days after loading. 
We will send you a bill of lading and final statement of account within one week of that time. The bill of lading will include the shipping container numbers. You can track your shipping container.
Approximately 10 days prior to delivery, we will send you an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) notice from the shipping time. 
Please remember that the listed delivery date is only an estimate, and is subject to port unloading schedules, customs processing, and the dictates of the local delivery truck company.
You will be directly contacted by the shipping company's local truck delivery services approximately 48 hours prior to the date of delivery to schedule a delivery time.
If you want to delay the final delivery, there will be a "pull" fee of approximately $100, and a storage fee of approximately $150 per shipping container per day.

Do you supply installation equipment in oversea?

Yes, if needed, we can assign our installation engineer to your factory to help you do installation and testing. 
And round-trip ticket and accommodation for our engineer shall be bore by your side.The wage of a installation engineer is 150USD/day.
