A: 1) If you would like to check the quality&workmanship, we would like to offer one piece free sample for your evaluation before you place an order.
2) If you prefer your own design sample, please providing us your detailed requirements, such as design sketch, size specification, printed pattern artwork etc.
2. How to pay sample charges? sample lead time?
A: You can pay to our company Bank account or Paypal. When we received the sample fee, we will arrange the samples for you.
Fitting sample lead time is 5-7 days, Custom sample lead time is around 15-30 days.
3. Is your product good quality?
A: The quality depends on customer requirements, we could offer the quality as what you demand.
4. The price showing on your website is exact price?
A: The website prices are for reference, the exact price is based on designs, size specifications, materials, quantities and item package details etc. So when you are making an inquiry, please kindly share as more detailed requirements as you can with us.
5. Can I have my logo or private label to be sewn on your products or the packages?

6. What is the Production Lead Time?
A: The bulk production lead time is around 25-40 working days after confirmed PPS (pre-production sample). It depends on the total quantity and styles, generally, 90 days after formal order placed.
