Q1: Can I have my own design? A1: Yes, you can provide your design, we just make it accordingly. First, we will send you the sample for approval, and then we begin to do bulk production.
Q2: Can I get any samples ? Do you pay for the postage ? A2: We can offer free samples A4 size or less than 1 meter , if you need more than 1 meter , you may need pay for it . Normally you need pay for the postage, if you pay the postage, we can consider give you more free samples .
Q3: What is your MOQ ? Can we get small quantity order ? A3: Different fabrics have different MOQ , and usually our MOQ is 1000m per color.
For spot products, small quantity orders can be accepted
Q4: How long to deliver the products? A4: The exact delivery date need to be confirmed by order details. Usually within 15 work days after receiving the 30% deposit payment. If you choose the spot fabric, we can deliver in 5 days.
