Fresh and high quality milk source is needed for UHT milk. After entering the workshop, the special process of pretreatment must be carried out first. The raw milk is heated to 75 ℃ in the sealed pipeline to activate the bacteria in the milk, and then the effect can be greatly improved when ultra-high temperature sterilization is adopted. Because if the milk is to be sterile, the raw milk must ensure that the number of bacteria per milliliter does not exceed 30000 before ultra-high temperature sterilization, which has actually reached the standard of pasteurized drinking milk, but the standard of UHT milk is higher.
The pretreated milk will then enter UHT sterilization process, which is also carried out in a completely closed sterile environment. The external staff heated the milk in the closed pipe to 137 ℃ by three times of heating, which lasted for several seconds, and then cooled it rapidly. In this way, the bacteria in the milk can not only be fully killed, but also protect the nutrition in the milk through the short sterilization time, which is about 4 seconds.

Process of UHT sterilizer machine
The products from upper feed pipe enter into balance tank of uht sterilization machine. Then the output pump will transfer the products to tubular heat exchanger. The products will be preheated to 70 degree celsius in first stage. After that, the products will enter into degassing tank and homogenizer. After degassing and homogeneity, the product will enter into the second part of tubular heat exchanger. It will be continiously heated to 95 degree celsius and make the protein steady. When the protein is steady, the products will enter into the final heating part where the temperature can reach 135-140 degree celsius. Meanwhile it will be sterilized for 4-8 seconds. After sterilization the products will go through heat recovery part and cooling part. The products will cool to 25 degree celsius. It will enter into aseptic tanks or sterile filling machine.
Electrical, pumps, and valves
We use Schneider low-voltage electrical, SMC solenoid valve. We adopt APV and other first-line brands butterfly valves, seat valves, etc. All ball valves meet food hygiene requirements. Sealing materials are configured with high temperature and corrosion resistant sealing rings according to customer product characteristics.
Electric Cabinet
The Siemens 1500 series PLC and HMI are used to realize the perfect combination of customer performance and use of equipment through functions such as self-developed data records, production reports, CIP reports, and alarm independent query reports, which can be remotely maintained in real time.
