Q:Where is your factory ?
A: Our factory was located in Guangzhou City of China.We have over 2,800 Square meters production base,5 production lines, 102 experience, and skilled workers. Also, we own over 1000 square meters of sample showroom.You can select our design directly from the showroom.
Q: What is your capacity ?
A :The capacity of our factory is usually ten thousand genuine leather handbags.So the lead time is usually from 30 days to 40 days.
Q: What package for the products ?
A: Each piece produced is usually packed with tissue paper, dust cover bag, then in apolybag. And a few pieces in a carton.And, we provide the custom hangtag, dust bag, gift box service.
Q: What is your payment Terms ?
A:For the sample , we will make the sample after getting the full sample cost . But for the bulk order ,30% deposit and 70 % balance before shipment or be paid within 1 weeks against the copy of BL (Bill of lading )
Q :What is your QC systerm ?
A:We have a quality control department.It consists of three stages : 1)Material quality inspection: QC assistant check the quality of the material when it arrived at our warehouse. 2)Semi-finished product quality inspection 3)Finished product quality inspection
Q: Can we sign the NDA ?
A :Design is very important for a brand.We have been signed a non-disclosure agreement with many brands.At our showroom, all designs are ours.We don’t show any customer’s design to others. So when you are ready, we can sign the non-disclosure agreement.
