Q1: What is your MOQ?
-Our MOQ is 1pcs, but it is negotiable in a special case.
Q2: Can I get a sample before a formal order?
-Yes, we are happy to offer you the sample for quality checking or other business purposes. We don't offer free samples.
Q3: What is your capability of production and the lead time?

-1). In normal times our factory can produce 5000 pieces of faucets or 3000 showers per months. There will be more in a production peak period.
2). The lead time for the stocked items is 3-5 business days; If there is no stock, normally it takes 7-15 days for small order, and 15-45 days for big order, including Sunday.
Q4: How do you control your quality (QC)?
-All products have to pass strict inspection before being sold. If you need, you can arrange a third-party inspector to us and perform the pre-shipment quality checking.
Q5: Can I visit your showroom/factory?
-Yes. Our factory is in Jiangmen, and you are fully welcome.
