Tubular pasteurizer for fruit juice sterilizing temperature is about 135-140 degree celsius. Holding time is about 4-10S. This can meets the requirements of commercial sterilization. Sterilization means that it can takes certain strength heating to products which can make the microorganism and heatproof enzymes inactivity. This method can reach the standard of commercial sterilization. After sterilization the products can be stored for 1-12 month at room temperature. It can be used in dairy, beverage, beer and other food industry. In normal storage conditions, the products would not grow microorganism.

Process of tubular pasteurizer
The products from upper feed pipe enter into balance tank of uht sterilization machine. Then the output pump will transfer the products to tubular heat exchanger. The products will be preheated to 70 degree celsius in first stage. After that, the products will enter into degassing tank and homogenizer. After degassing and homogeneity, the product will enter into the second part of tubular heat exchanger. It will be continiously heated to 95 degree celsius and make the protein steady. When the protein is steady, the products will enter into the final heating part where the temperature can reach 135-140 degree celsius. Meanwhile it will be sterilized for 4-8 seconds. After sterilization the products will go through heat recovery part and cooling part. The products will cool to 25 degree celsius. It will enter into aseptic tanks or sterile filling machine.
