Q:About our products.
A:Our factory provides customized processing service for small diameter metal pipe fittings (tube diameter:0.25-30mm), and produces products according to drawings or samples provided by customers.
Q:About the drawings.
A:Drawings are used by us to understand the needs of customers.
If you don't have any drawings for the time being, you can also use words and pictures to describe the style and size of the products you need. Our engineers can help you draw drawings and send them to you for reference, and finally complete your products.
Q:About the MOQ.
A:Our minimum order quantity is generally 500 pieces, also need to refer to the size and style of the product to determine.
Q:About the sample.
A:1)If it is the sample we have, we can send the sample for free, and the freight shall be borne by the customer.
2)For samples made before ordering, we will charge tooling cost. Sample fee will be charged according to customer's required sample quantity.Generally, 1-10 samples can be provided free of charge after Tooling cost is charged.
