FAQ
1. Q: What is the MOQ? A: Usually we do 300pcs for solid color while 600pcs for melange color.
2. Q: What is the lead time for bulk production? A: We can get production ready in 50days for solid color, 70days for melange color.
3. Q: Can you produce with our own designs and logo ? A: Yes, we offer both ODM & OEM services. You can make small change basing on our model or just send us the tech pack of all new style. We will make approval sample for you before bulk production.
4. Q: May I have the sample free? A: Sample charge (double time of bulk price) can be refunded after placing bulk order. No matter what, customer is supposed to cover the freight of sample.
5. Q: What’s the shipment methods of production? A: It’s according to your requirement. We can arrange the ways: By courier: UPS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT, etc; By Sea; By Air.
6. Q: What's the Payment terms? A: Normally we do 30% deposit and balance 70% against copy of B/L.
7. Q: Do you have any certificate? A: We have the certificates of BSCI and OEKO-TEX 100.
