An indirect heating system takes natural gas as fuel fully burned by a high performance burner, and hot air is tramsferred from the heat exhanger. Heating Preservation Board

The oven shell is constructed of prefabricated panels filled with high temperature insulation.
Interlayer Material: 100mm thickness rock wool board.

Keep the oven chamber always warm.

The inside wall is galvanized steel

PLC Operation Panel

1. The user-friendly PLC panel gives you an easy access to set heating temperature, time and working of fan.

Circulation Fan

Circulation fan ensures maximum efficiency and delivery of the processed air to internal ducting on either side of the oven walls ensuring an even air flow and temperature.

Italy imported RIELLO brand burner. Quick heating and long servce life.

Direct fired, modulating burner with direct coupled, digital actuated control valve.

Heat Exchanger

Heat exchanger used in seamless steel tubes 8x8 array, use the combustion liner 310S stainless steel seamless pipe thickness of 3-4mm.
