1. Can I get product samples?
We can provide similar samples, you just need pay a little shipping fee.
2. Order quality ?
We accept small MOQ and trail order.
3. How can you guarantee the quality?
We will send pre-production samples before production and keep the progress updated during production.
You are also welcomed to contact a third party for quality testing.
4. Design formats for custom toy?
Graphic design formats: jpg, png, ai.3D design formats: stl,obj, fbx. 3d sculpting service also can be provided
5. Match or choose the correct colors for the toys as design?
We use Pantone color mode in the production process (Version: Formula Guidance-Coated).
For the special color effects, you could please provide some pictures for references.
6. Production process lead time?
Sample: about 10-15 working days;
Mold: 30-40 working days;
Mass production: 35-40 working days. when we enter into collaboration
We will form a team of experienced salespersons, designers and sales managers to provide service for you asap.
We will recommend suitable customization solutions according to your needs, follow up the delivery time and production progress, strictly control the product quality, so that you can customize worry-free.
7. Payment terms :
Full payment is required before making samples and molds. As for the mass production, 50% deposit is required before production, and the balance and all freight charges shall be paid before shipment.
8. Shipping?
we can provide door to door transportation service based on your time plan and budget, also can accept your designated shipping company.
