Ltd factory, we have successfully achieved the efficiency improved 50%, which filled the blank gap in Chinese history of the silicone rubber kneader machines needing to import from overseas! 4.Package: plastic cover, packed in shockproof plywood boxes, or as customers' requests. 5.Features: 5.1 Easy to handle/operate with the electrical control cabinet, if demand, PLC is available; 5.2 Different mixing blades to choose, Sigma/Z-shape/Fishtail/and cutter-blades; 5.3 Discharge ways: Tank-tilting, Screw-extruding, or both tank-tilting and screw extruding in one machine; 5.4 Speed control: Inverter to control the blades rotating speed as request in the Electrical Control Cabinet; 5.5 Motor and Reducer: Equipped with the known brand Siemens (China) and Changzhou Guomao Group. 5.6 Heating/Cooling/Vacuum and Heavy duty system available as request.
5.7 Function: Specially for shearing, squeezing, crushing, mixing and kneading powder/liquid viscous materials.
5.8 Application: Premium designed for heavily mixing, kneading the silicone rubber compound, silica gel polymer, HTV silicone rubber, fumed silicone rubber and special silicone rubber (fluorinated silicone rubber ) with heating and vacuum system according to customers' technical requirements.
