1. What's the minimum configuration for a welding station?
A: One robot and one welding table. For complicated pieces, a positioner maybe needed.

2. What does the whole welding robot system include?
A: The whole welding robot system includes the robot arm, controller, welding power source, positioners, fixtures, welding gun (torch) cleaner, safety fence, etc.

3. How many people should I employ for a welding station?
A: One worker can be responsible for at least two welding tables. Skilled workers can afford four welding tables.

4.Do I also need to buy a positioner to match with the welding robot?
A: That depends on the complexity of your workpieces. If your workpiece is complex, then you need to buy a positioner to match with the welding robot.

5. Does the robot station system need high requirement for environment?
A: The suitable ambient environment is: 0~45℃, 20-80%RH(No condensation).
