Q1: Are you trading company? Where is your factory?

We are factory! Our factory is in Zhejiang, and we have showroom and office in Guangzhou, welcome to visit us when you come to China next time.

Q2. How can I place an order if I don't know the wheel data?

You just need to advise us the exact car models you need to fit for and the wheel size you need,

we will help you tell you the data of the wheel you need and we will give you our suggestions regarding finish and other information.

Q3: Do you have any certificates?

Yes, we have VIA, JWL, TUV certificate.

our quality is strong, the meterial is Aluminum alloy A356.2.

Q4. How about your delivery time?

If we have in stock can send out within 7 days after receiving your payment. For new production, it will take about 35-45 days after receiving your advance payment.

The specific delivery time depends on the production season and the quantity of your order.

Q5. How do you pack the wheels?

New export carton with brown color, pvc bag, black shower cap and paperboard, special one will be charged by customer.

Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes, we have 100% test before delivery, our QC will check the wheels 4 times before loading.

Q7: Do you have warranty? How long?

Yes, we have 1 year warranty for all the customers,

(if you are our old customers, you can enjoy 2 year warranty!) the date of warranty is count from the date that container arrive in your port.

Q8: What’s your MOQ?

Our MOQ for production order is as below:

10-15inch=100pcs

16-18inch=80pcs

19-24inch=60pcs

If you want to check our quality first, you can choose from our stock list, the MOQ is only 4pcs each design.

Q9: How many pcs can load a full container?

40HQ can load around 1600-1800pcs, 20FT can load around 600-800pcs.

The loading quantity is depends on the wheel size you order, we will tell you how many pcs can load in the PI after you send us the order list.

Q10: In case of quality problem, how do you deal with them?

Firstly, you should offer the problem wheels information to us, which including the pictures/video of cartons or wheels, quantity of the broken wheels and model number.

Secondly, we will send you new wheels in your next order or compensation for the broken wheels.
