Abstract
The tubular furnace is a new type of high performance and high energy saving furnace developed by the international advanced technology, the tube furnace with 3 independence temperature zone and the customizable screw feeders, convenience for the continuous production. With safe and reliable, simple operation, high-temperature control precision, good insulation effect, large temperature range, high-temperature uniformity in the furnace, many temperature zones, optional atmosphere, vacuum furnace, etc.
Principle
An electric screw feeder is adopted to facilitate manual feeding of customers. After the material enters the feeder, it enters the furnace tube through the screw push rod of the feeder. The furnace body has an inclined angle, and the material can be moved in the tube while the furnace tube is rotating. The inside of the furnace tube is equipped with an inverted plate structure to make the material fully heated and avoid adhesion. After the material is heated by rotation, the material is automatically discharged from the end of the furnace tube for easy collection.
Customizable Screw Feeder
The Screw feeder is also called screw conveyor, screw conveyor and scraper conveyor, bucket conveyor and other transport equipment. It is characterized by high conveying efficiency, safe and reliable work, simple structure, complete function, good sealing, low noise and beautiful appearance. Silicon carbide rod(Sic)
Silicon carbon rod is made of high purity green hexagonal silicon carbide as the main raw material, according to a certain ratio of processing and blank, after 2200℃ high temperature silicon recrystallization sintering and made of rod, tubular non-metal high temperature heating element.It is usually used below 1600 degrees Celsius.
Silicon molybdenum rod(Mosi2)
Mosi2 resistive heating element, based on molybdenum disilicide, resistant to high temperature and oxidation. When used in a high-temperature oxidizing atmosphere, a layer of bright and SiO2 glass film is formed on the surface, which can protect the inner layer of the si-mo rod from oxidation.Normoly using under 1800 degrees Celsius.
