2. MAIN SYSTEM & EQUIPMENT
The complete system consists of Pretreatment system, Drying system, curing system, powder coating system ,powder recycling system, conveyor system ,electric control system etc.
2.1 PRE-TREAMENT SYSTEM
A. Pre-treatment type:Full spray type pre-treatment system;
B. PT system processing: Make suggestion according to different substarte material or according to
customer's requirement;
2.2 DRYING & CURING SYSTEM
A. Drying & Curing oven type: Go-through tunnel oven type;
B. Custom Drying temperature: 100~140℃;Custom Curing Temperature:180~200℃;
C. Optional type of the go-through tunnel oven: Bridge type & Go-strainght type are available;
