1. Q: How could I get the sample?
A: For the existing sample, the samples are free, but you need to pay for the air freight of it. In addition to this, you also need to pay the production fee if you want to make a sample with a new mold.

4. Q:What’s the MOQ ?
A: For some of our products in stock, the minimum order quantity is hundreds. For customized products, the minimum order is according to the different requirements of customers.
5. Q: When will you arrange shipment?
A: (a). For stock products, we will send goods to you within 24-48hours after we receive your payment. (b). For surface handing products, the delivery time is about 10-15 work days after we receive your payment.
6. Q: What is your selection of shipping method?
A: (a). For small trial order, international express, just as UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, DHL is suitable.
