Pini kay briquettes machine  use high temperature 400 degree, high pressure to shape wood sawdust powder into wood briquettes. Wood sawdust's moisture should be less than 15%, dimension should be less than 3mm. Wood sawdust briquettes' density is around 1.3-1.5 g/cm3, the burning time is around 3.5-4 hours. The whole sawdust briquette machine production line can make both wood briquettes and charcoal briquettes. 

2-Working principle for Pini kay sawdust wood briquettes machine

The motor transmits power to the transmission via a V-belt, the transmission output shaft transmits power to the propelling shaft through a floating coupling, and the propelling on the propelling shaft pushes the coal material through the forming die to produce high density briquettes.

4-The use and maintenance 
- Before starting each shift, check whether the rotating parts are flexible and there are no abnormal sounds. The empty machine can be put into production after running for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
- The raw materials must be processed, the maximum particle size is less than 3mm, add water, add binder, curing agent, and stir for 24 hours before use.
- The feeding opening is blocked. Use wooden or bamboo to dredge. Do not use metal rods.
- The bearing of the rotating part of the machine should be regularly filled with lubricating oil, and the temperature of the bearing part should not exceed 60 degrees.
- Stop feeding before stopping, stop after the material in the cylinder is squeezed out, disassemble the machine head, and reinstall it after cleaning for use after work.
- In order to prevent the motor from overloading, it is recommended that the user install a current and voltmeter, and adjust the feeding amount and water content according to the current meter.
