Q1: What is your minimum order quantity?     

A1:Your cost for shipping and custom clearance will be more economic. And it’s more safe for the goods. Our MOQ for each item is one set. But we recommend that you buy a 20’ GP container or more.

 

Q2: What is your lead time?

A2:  Usually the lead time is about 7-15 days. We may need more time to produce when you order more than 5

       40’ HQs or the peak season is coming.

 

Q3: Do you provide samples?

A3: For most of the large products, we provide free sample for small piece of the part. You only need to pay the

      shipping cost.

 

Q4: How will you ship the goods?

A4: Since our goods are always very large, the only way to ship the goods is shipping it by sea.

 

Q5: What is your warranty?

A5: Our warranty is one year limited against manufacturer failure.
