F&Q
1. How long to charge?
The tws wireless earbuds take about 1 hour to fully recharge and the charging case takes about 3.5 hours.
2. Can wireless sport earbuds be turned on and off without the case?
Manually Power them off. Long press the two earbuds until no light on earbuds. Pairing time out of 6 minutes, it will power off automatically.
3. How to pair earbuds with your phone?
For the first time using, please tear the sticker on the earbuds and put them in the charging case to reset. The left and right
earbuds will automatically power on and interconnect when taken out of the charging case. And then activate the mobile phone Blue tooth to search “T16 Max” and click to connect.
4. My two Blue tooth earbuds won’t pair to each other. How do I fix this?
Forget all “T16 Max”,”T16 Max-R”,”T16 Max-L” records on your phone or other devices (in case it connected with other devices in mono mode, which may affect to pair both ears.), put both earbuds in charging case, and then take out both earbuds to have them connected to each other at first, then pair them to your device.
Notice:
1. Please use 5V2A or 5V1A AC Adapter to charge the charging box. Using AC adapter above 5V2A to charge may cause damage to it.
2. The earbuds and Blue tooth devices will be disconnected if the distance between them is more than 10 meters.
3. After the exercise, please wipe the sweat off your wireless earphones with a tissue or towel before recharging.
