Each seat backbone inside the backrest is made with steel sheets and steel tubes using a special dies and welding techniques to ensure durability .
2.Durable& Ergonomic Foam
Our sponge comes out from mould produced by CNC with cold cure technique.
This gives the seat durability and good shape keeping for years.
3.Special develop durable leather
Our PVC leather is specially for bus seat,1.2mm thick,different from those used in sofa industry.
It does not worn out for years.
4.Made in House durable seat parts
We make metal cutting,bending,welding, punching,plastic injection parts,upholstery,assembling,in our own factory instead of outsource.Our quality can be controlled by our own.
