Description
CERAMIC PRINTING
Digital Ceramic Decal Printers
This system is based on Ricoh printer, such as Ricoh Aficio SP C440dn or similar. The printer is converted for ceramic decal printing and fullfilled with BALTEA D.C.ceramic toners.
The technology is used for decal printing on ceramics, porcelain, glass and enameled steel. The same printer for different applications.

* High quality: our high Quality ceramic toners are 100% made in Italy by BALTEA D.C. srl. The colors made with our technology don't fade even after 50 years.
* Easy to make: no special software is needed, the decal is ready in a few seconds.
* Durability: due to firing at high temperature the colors penetrates in the glaze and you get UV, scratches resistant products that can be exposed as inside, as outside.
* Low production cost
* Custom products on ceramics, glass and enameled metal: the production cost doesn't depend on quantity. This is why this technology is widely used for single customized decal printing.
