Charcoal coal briquette making machine is our latest patented product, because it has large pressure, and the pressure can be adjusted according to different raw materials, so it has best molding effect, even some raw materialss are not easy to mold. it also can press into good shapes.The whole machine includes main engine, electric control cabinet, hydraulic
cylinder and outlet conveyor belt.
The whole machine is composed of customized molds, PLC system, hydraulic pump station, mesh belt conveyor, and feed inlet. The height of the mold can be adjusted through the sensor switch, so that it can be pressed into carbon blocks of different heights.Since the mold can be customized, you can tell us the shape of the mold you want. We will customize it for you. In general, you can choose a square shape, a disc shape, a cylinder, a hexagonal prism, etc. The finished product can burn for 1-4 hours.

PLC System
This machine control by PLC system,
The PLC system can make the machine work fully automatically or semi-automatically, and the hydraulic pressure and pressure time can be adjusted.
Hydraulic pressure station
The motor on the hydraulic pump station is placed horizontally, and the pump core is also outside. When the machine is working, the temperature of the hydraulic oil in the oil cylinder will increase with the motor. In order to prevent the heat generated during work into the oil tank and cause safety problems, and we also have a cooling system outside the oil tank.
Pressure gauge
Hydraulic station has one pressure gauge, when you test machine ,adjust it at 5,after test sucessful, adjustable it to 15 to keep machine working normally.
Sensor
Hydraulic charcoal briquettes press machine has 6 pcs to control this machine working normall.
Some sensore can adjustable the final charcoal briquettes height,meaning one set mold can press different height products, but maxium height is 12cm
One set sensore can use more than 3 years,and its easy buy in local market
