Heating elements in Kanthal alloy, inserted in the wall chamber grooves (for an easy maintenance and replacement)
Manual cooling by exhaust air valve:
* Upper valve in mod. FCHE30 – 150
* Upper and bottom valves in mod. FCHE300
INSULATION
multilayer insulation:
FCHE SERIES 1100°C : by Biosoluble Fibre (no RCF) boards for kilns up to 1100°C: same low thermal conductivity as RCF and same output (Kw), but exonerated and not classified as carcinogenic by IARC and Regulation EC no. 1272/2008 (CLP)
FCH SERIES 1300°C : by Refractory Ceramic Fiber (RCF) boards, for kilns up to 1300°C (RCF): material classified as carcinogenic by IARC and Regulation EC no. 1272/2008 (CLP)
CONTROL PANEL
Thermocouple: K type up to 1100°C or S type up to 1280°C
Security device : interrupting automatically the power when opening the door
Controller: allowing the programming of the firing cycle and the automatic restarting in case of short-term power loss.
mod. TC51 storing up to 9 programs and 12 steps,
Double contactors /heating control by SSR: silent and wear-less Solid State Relay for accurate and precise temperature control).
