PVDF membrane structure material used in membrane structure construction is a kind of film material with good strength and flexibility. It is made of fiber woven into fabric substrate and processed with resin as coating material on both sides of the substrate.The fixed material, the central fabric substrate is divided into polyester fiber and glass fiber, and the resin used as the coating material is polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), silicone and polytetra fluoroethylene resin (PTFE). In terms of mechanics, the fabric substrate and the coating material respectively have the following functional properties.

Fabric substrate - tensile strength, tear strength, heat resistance, durability, fire resistance.

Coating material - weather resistance, antifouling, processability, water resistance, resistance to products, light transmission.

Yes, Steel structure and cover wind resistance and load bearing is calculated by professional software and Experienced engineer team , will be more than we planned 50%.The wind load at least more than 120KM/H.

Q 4. What's the material of the cover,does it can last long time?
The cover material is PVDF or PTFE.PVDF can last more than 15-20 years.PTFE can last more than 50 years.It have fabric inside,so it very strong ,not easy to be torn.

Q 5. When will you ship the orders?
Once the design of tent is confirmed, we will arrange production plan, and inform you of the lead time, generally it takes about 7-25 working days.

Q 6. What is the total price include freight?
The total price is based on the design.
