Product Description
XQ series hydraulic power tongs adopt inner cam rolling-up clamping mechanism, with a hydraulic backup tong. It is an ideal tool for makeup or breakout of various of tubings, and small sizes of casings and drill pipes in workover operation. The tong with extra long rod is available for backup tong to grip tubing body. The power tong also can be equipped with automatic torque control system.
The master tongs and backup tongs will work together if workers operate the manual reversing valve. Both the master tongs and backup tongs adopt two-way clamping mechanism of the internal curved surface roller grade climbing to clamp the tubing. Their structure are simple but reliable. The master tongs are equipped with automatic safety-gates which have functions of safety and protection. The tongs have torque control systems.
It can equip bilateral sequence control apparatus that is specialized in tubing tong according to the need, so it can realize that the backup tong clamps the tubing tong in advance of master tong sand it is more reliable and safer to make up or break out tubing.
