Brief introduction
According to the characteristics of the pneumatic ball valve, it is divided into two types, namely, the quick acting type and the pneumatic type. When the flanged pneumatic ball valve is opened, the valve channel and the connecting pipe diameter form a through port, and the medium can flow through without resistance. In addition to oil, gas, liquid and other media, it is also suitable for controlling sewage and medium containing fibrous impurities. Flanged pneumatic ball valve is equipped with valve positioner to input 4-20mA analog signal, which can control the valve core opening of ball valve from 0 to 90 degrees, so as to achieve the proportional adjustment of medium flow, temperature, pressure and other parameters.
Features
1. According to the working conditions, the flanged pneumatic ball valve can be divided into soft seal (- 30 ~ 180 ℃) and hard seal (- 40 ~ 450 ℃), so as to be used in different media, temperature and pressure.
2. The power source of flanged pneumatic ball valve is gas, which will not contact with sparks. Theoretically, it has explosion-proof function and is relatively safe. And if there is air leakage, the gas can be directly discharged, no pollution to the environment, at the same time, it has high safety.
3. From the perspective of valve diameter, due to torque force, manual ball valve can only be equipped with ball valve with diameter below DN300, while flanged pneumatic ball valve can be configured with a wide range of diameters, including not only small diameter ball valve, but also large diameter ball valve. At present, the height of pneumatic ball valve can reach DN 1200.
