BRJ-1400 Automatic Foil Winding Machine for Power Transformer Making

BRJ Digital foil winding machine, a special equipment used for transformer foil winding. The device is newly developed by our company based on full understanding of actual application in transformer making. It is of high quality, great efficiency and very easy to operate.

Characteristic

Tension system,The machine exerts tension by unwinding brake, which provides more consistent dynamic and static tension compared with traditional passive tension system. Tension is applied to foil and layer insulation on both winding and rewinding to ensure compactness of foil coil.

The rectification system adopts photoelectric sensors which ensure dynamic auto centrering of foil.

Set foil tension, layer insulation tension, coil parameters and other parameters via PLC control system. Display and monitor winding state in real-time.
