Products are fed into feeding disc, there are holes align on the edge of feeding disc, the hole shape and size are made to fit for product shape and size. The feeding disc are rotating and the rotating speed is adjustable by frequency inverter. The rotation of feeding disc produce centrifugal force and distribute products on the edge of feeding disc. Products are filled in holes on feeding disc and conveyed to printing station. Gravure roll are rotated in ink pot, printing logo/pattern are engraved on gravure roll surface, so that the ink will be entering in the groove of printing logo/pattern, residue ink will be scraped out from the gravure roll surface. The offset roll is touching on gravure roll during printing process, and the ink in shape of printing logo/pattern will be transferred from gravure roll to offset roll, and finally the ink in shape of printing logo/pattern will be printed on products.

 

There are holes align on the edge of feeding disc, the hole shape and size are made to fit for product shape and size. If product changed, it need to change feeding disc.

 

 

4 Ink

 

 

Caution: It is strongly recommended to use TEK & Colorcon printing ink, they are all edible grade ink and approved by FDA, and these two brand printing ink don’t need special dilution solvent, its usage & regulation is easy and printing result is assured.
