USAGE

This machine use PP as raw material, adopts Meltblown method, to produce Meltblown nonwoven fabric rolls, to use for Disposable facial mask producing.

 

 

CHARACTERISTIC

1. Frequency inverters control the main motor, speed adjustable, energy saving.

2. China national standard hard teeth gear box, involutes cylinder bevel wheel, cast alloy steel piston, fine grinding hard gear surface.

3. Screw material 38CrMoAl-A grade, adopts double times nitrogen treatment, HV≥770, nitrogen depth 0.7mm. Barrel material 38CrMoAl-A grade, adopts nitrogen treatment, HV≥920.

4. Heating loops adopts stainless steel and cast aluminum heating loops, with turbo fan cooling.

5. Die head hard chrome-plated MCA45 alloy mold steel making. Mirror surface channel.

6. Temperature controllers all double digital display intelligent automatic controllers.
