Product Description
1.Production:
--6640 insulation composite is made of two layers of Du Pont Nomex paper with one layer of polyester film.
--According to different thicknesses of Nomex paper, 6640 NMN can be divided into two kinds. The thicker one(0.04mm) with yellow line, the other one(0.05mm) with orange line.
--The thicker Nomex paper you choose, the higher electrical strength is.

2.Features and Aplication:
--Insulation class: F/H class (155/180 °C)
--Nomex paper/Polyester film/Nomex paper has Excellent heat resistance, dielectric property and mechanical strength.
--Good cutting and overload resistance, high stiffness. Good compatibility with insulation varnish.
--As slot, interturn and liner insulation for F-grade motors and electric appliances.

--Colur: White sheet with orange or yellow line.
