Chocolate conche ball miller grinding
1.This chocolate ball miller is the basic equipment to mill chocolate material, it also can be used to melt oil-bearing material, fluidness and some chemical raw material.
2.Chocolate raw material is melted via steel ball, milling fineness can be 20-25um.
Principle:
1.Ball mill&Conche machine combination system, is made up of ball mill,conche machine,slurry circulation pump, mangnetic filter and insulation slurry pipeline.
2. Chcoclate raw materials( coca powder, cocoa butter, cocoa butter replacer,milk powder, sugar powder,etc.)are first into the grinding machine and start to premix. Afer premixing is completed, start ball mill and slurry circulation pump to transfer the mixed materials from conche machine to the ball mill,and then return to the conche machine for fine grinding and refining after refining by the ball mill,after several circles, the final chocolate grdinging is completed.
3. ball size and material : SS304 or bearings. 8-10mm
