Two-Ply Belts which we usually called PTFE composite belt , commonly know as Band Sealer Belts, are small belts that are manufactured by laminating two layers of PTFE fabric together. Using a staggered splice, the belt has a smooth and continuous thickness throughout the belt length. These belts are commonly used in both plastic bag production and in packaging operations.

This gives better release properties and longer belt life. This material combination results in higher strength and better overall flexibility.
