A: In 2006, we originally registered as a trading company. Further in 2015, we invested 30% share in a printing factory.
2.Q:How can I get a sample from you to check the quality?
A:we welcome sample order to test and check the towel quality and workmanship;
1. please give us your ideas and more details of the towel you need, such as, material, size and weight. Then we can according to your specification give you a sample.
2. you can give us your design drawings, or send us a sample , we can make a counter sample for you.
3.Q:What is the Delivery time for sample?
A: 1. about 1-3 days for existing samples;
2. about 7-15 days for customized samples depends on your specifications and design
Shipping time: about 5-7 days
4.Q: How much do you charge for a sample, including the DHL express shipping?
A: 1. free for our existing samples; you only need to pay the shipping cost about USD30-50
2. For customized samples, please kindly contact our sales for further communication.
5.Q:Can you provide ODM service?
A:Yes, We work on ODM orders.Which means size, material, quantity, design, packing solution, etc, will depend on your requests, and your logo will be customized on your products.
6.Q:Shipping Method and Shipping Time?
A:1.)Express courier like DHL, FEDEX to USA, and TNT to European, etc. Shipping time is about one month depends on country and area.
2.) By air port to port: about 7-12 days depends on port.
3.) By sea port to port: about 20-35 days 4. Agent appointed by customer.
