Description:
The carbonization furnace is a horizontal rotating body, which adopts the method of indirect heating. The hot air furnace on the side of the furnace generates high temperature to heat the rotatable furnace body, and the material in the furnace body is thermally decomposed under low oxygen state, generating a large amount. The dry distillation gas and the dry distillation gas are introduced into the combustion chamber through the induced draft fan for secondary combustion; the material is discharged from the end of the furnace body through the furnace body, and the product has a product condensation and collection system at the output end, and the product is cooled and collected; the high temperature smoke discharged by the combustion The gas is pumped to the super dryer for drying the sludge. In the tail gas treatment, when the temperature in the combustion furnace reaches above 800 °C, the dry distillation gas can be completely burned to achieve harmless treatment. After the exhaust gas is cooled by the water-cooled heat exchanger, it is dedusted by a cyclone and discharged into the atmosphere.
Application:
Suitable for all kinds of agricultural and forestry biomass charring making. For example, sawdust, wood chip, wheat straw, rice straw, rice husk, cotton stalk, straw, etc.

Main Structure
Continuous Type Rotary Drum Carbonization Furnace
The carbonization system is composed of a quantitative feeder, a rotary cylinder carbonization furnace, a combustion furnace, a combustion blower, a water-cooled heat exchanger, a cyclone, a chimney, and the like.
Continuous carbonization furnace Features:
1.Configuration of the new type gasifier before gas generating.
2.Configuration of the flue gas purification, heat exchange system, and cooling system. The heating steam transforms into water. The flue gas can be converted combustible gas to recycling use.
3. Configuration the cooling discharging machine to cooling the final products, and output the final product.
Processing preview:
The dried biomass raw materials is feeding into the gasifier by the screw conveyor, gasification of carbon powder from the bottom of the conveyor to the carbon powder storage, centralized storage and sales
After spraying, cooling, cleaning,the flue gas produced by gasification furnace will be transfer to self combustion burner for carbon machine for heating furnace.
Start feeding the carbonization machine when internal temperature rose to a certain degree, the raw material inside the carbonization furnace began to produce fuel gas which will be transfer to the burner heating the carbonizer by the draft fan after collected and cleaning by the purification system.
Gasification furnace stop working until shut down, using spontaneous combustion flue gas only.
The finished product after cooling will be packaged,stored and sold.
Then the whole Continuous Type Carbonization Furnace system can keep feeding raw material and discharging final charcoal, enter the process of continuous carbonization stage; the spray water cooling water from purification system and cooling system can be recycled.
