2. What is your warranty terms?

For prime using models are warranted in accordance with our warranty terms for a period of 1000 hours from date of commissioning or 12 months from date of despatch whichever date occurs the sooner. 
For standby using models are warranted in accordance with our warranty terms for a period of 500 hours from date of commissioning or 24 months from date of despatch whichever date occurs the sooner.

3. How about your after-selling service?

Consultation and solution service:  we offer you complete technical support, some problem can be repaired and solved by online solution what we give you, because sometimes genset can't work normally due to wrong operation or cable and parts connection loosen  
Parts broken:  we will send you new parts to replace for free if parts broken not by man-made damage after checking pictures of broken parts,
