For tiles with stock, we'll need 7 days for delivery.

Tile without stock, need 20-25 days for delivery; Interior door will take 25-30 days for productions.

4. What should I provide to get proposal?

To provide your inquire details, as such quantity, favorite product style to us. For project or buyers wish to

have customized designs, project AutoCAD drawings are needed.

5. Do you have MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

We do not have MOQ, but quantity maybe influence the your average transportation cost.

6. What's your customized service?

For real estate, hotel, hospital, school, villas & some buyers need design service, we'll provide product

pavement design & visual space pay designs (2D or 3D).

If needed, we can dispatch installation engineers for site service.

7. How to guarantee goods safety during transportation?

We guarantee the safe transportation of products from 3 aspects.

Firstly, pay high attention packing materials and details, all shape places will protected by extra plastic and

hard cartons,any fragile articles will with clear identification, and protected by wooden cases or wooden box.

In addition, loading containers with professional workers, heavy & stable items always below of light goods,

make sure no shake, not leaning etc. All tile containers we use heavy duty containers.Advice for insurance.

For FOB terns buyers, we'll advice the suitable marine insurance, for CIF customers, we'll buy all risk

insurance to protect your rights.
