Dry type high pressure shell and tube heat exchanger for rooftop HAVC units from the shell,heat pipe bundle,tube plate,baffle(baffle)and the composition of the box and other components.The shell is mostly cylindrical,with tube bundles inside,tube ends fixed on the tube plate.Heat and heat of the two kinds of fluid,one in the tube flow,known as the pipeline fluid;another flow outside the tube,known as the shell process fluid.In order to improve the heat transfer coefficient of the fluid outside the tube,a number of baffles are usually installed in the housing.The baffle can increase the shell-side fluid velocity,forcing the fluid to pass through the tube bundle several times to the specified path,and enhance the turbulence of the fluid.The heat transfer tubes may be arranged in equilateral trangles or squares on the tubesheet.The equilateral trangular arrangement is more compact,the turbulence of the tube is high,and the heat transfer coefficient is large.The square arrangement is convenient for cleaning outside the tube and is suitable for the fluid which is easy to scale.
