Q: Who pay the sample fee?
A: We do not offer free samples. When your order quantity is more than or equal to the MOQ300PCS, we would return the sample fees. Otherwise, we do not return the sample charges.
Q: How about the sample arrangement? A: From the date of sample fee received, we would arrange sample within 3-5 working days. If you have requirements like printing and other special process, sample delivery time maybe extended appropriately. If big order is in emergency, you can order first and confirm the model before mass production. From the date of production deposit, we could arrange the sample within 3-5 working days. If you have requirements like printing and other special process, sample delivery time maybe extended appropriately.
Q: What kind of price you quote? A: Our quotation is FOB Shenzhen price. If customers have their own forwarder, they can come to our company to take delivery or we can transport to the designated place. If customers have no forwarder, our forwarder would take but the freight should be paid by our customer attached on the final payment.
Q: Why your price is different with other suppliers'? A: Clothing is not a standard product. It is normal to have different price for different products. Even for the same product, different fabric, material qualitative and craft can lead to different price. The fabric, material qualitative and craft we provide are all of high quality. They all can stand the test of SGS/YUV. As to the process cost, we have minimize it to the least by setting the production base in China. With the same quality, there are very few that can compete the price with us.Our commitments to our customers are the best pre-sale and after-sale service.
Q: Are you the manufacturer or trader? A: We are the manufacturer with direct import and export licenses.
Q: Could you product the products that we design? A: Yes, we can. You are always welcome to send us your design/sketch/picture/ or samples. We provide high quality OEM & ODM service.
Q: Regarding quality, do you have any security or certifications? A: Regarding the system, we have ISO9001/SA8000. Regarding the material, we require the suppliers to provide third party inspection report, or we would send it for inspection to the third party ourselves.
Q: What kind of payment do you accept? A: For sample fee, we take West Union and Hong kong account.
Q: What is the average lead for the order? A: Generally, it is 15 to 30 days. It depends on the order quantity and the schedule of our factory.
