Product Description
HJN3A-500*4200 is a fully automatic double head saw for 90 degree and 45 degree cutting, used for the production of aluminum windows and doors. The cutting angle, length and quantity can be set through HMI and executed automatically.
Standard Features:
* Applicable material: aluminum,thermal break profile and curtain wall profile.
* Hydro-pneumatic saw feed
* Saw heads can be pneumatically tilted at outward 45 and 90 degrees.
* The one-piece cast and machined tilting shaft has no deformation after long-term use to ensure angular positioning accuracy.
* Equipped with high precision spindle motor
* Servo-controlled right head positioning and feeding to ensure accuracy.
* Automatic profile height measurement.
* The CNC operating system provides four processing modes: Single, Form, Short, Corner cleat
* Comes standard with three pneumatic lift stands for supporting the profile.
* 7 inch LCD touch screen color monitor.
