Product Introduction:
No. 6 solvent oil is obtained by catalytic reforming of raffinate with straight fraction of petroleum. Its performance advantages are colorless transparent liquid, volatile flammable liquid, hydrocarbon mixture, various hydrocarbon solvents containing different components of aliphatic hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon and cyclohydrocarbon. Flammable, low toxic, soluble in benzene, chlorine, carbon tetrachloride and other organic solvents, but insoluble in water. It is one of the basic organic chemical raw materials. The product has a wider range of distillates than Industrial Hexane and similar properties. It can be mixed with most liquid oils except castor oil, and can dissolve low-grade fatty acids.
Product Application
It can be used as cleaning agent to clean electronic parts.
It can be used as cleaning agent for metal deoiling and decontamination. It is widely used in printing, hardware, electronics, national defense industry, paint, chemical grease and other industries.
It is also used in some fireproof materials, such as solvent used in the synthesis process of all-purpose rubber and rubber.
Product Consideration
Solvent oil shall be packed in 200 litre galvanized steel drum.
Solvent oil shall not be stored upright in the open air to prevent water and sundries from invading and polluting. Indoor storage can be placed vertically with the barrel facing up for easy extraction.
Tighten the sealing cover to keep the oil drum sealed.
Keep the ground clean so that oil leakage can be found in time.
Combustible materials shall not be placed around.
It is strictly prohibited to smoke and fire, and it is not allowed to bring the kindling near the oil barrel.
The inflammable special oil or chemical solvent shall be separated and stored, and the inflammable product mark shall be placed.
