Product Description
This granule line is specialized for making EVA granules. The cooling method is different from air cooling one. When with the same specification kneader and mixing mill, they form a complete assembly line, which consists of plasticizing, extrusion, granulizing, cooling, filtration and packing. We have make some special designs to avoid EVA changing to forming.
This granule line is stable in operation with high efficiency and the granules of which is widely used as EVA shoe materials and in other industries.
The whole production line:
(Kneader) – Bucket Conveyor – (Mixing Mill) – Extruder Mainframe – Water Circulation Cutting System – Speedy Spin-Dryer –Cooling Conveyor – Mixing Machine – Final Product
