Sawdust briquette carbonization kiln is an internal heat carbonization furnace, which can carbonize a variety of raw materials, such as bamboo, coconut shell, palm shell and other large materials. As it is of internal heat type, the high-temperature flue gas generated by the carbonized flue gas after full combustion in the flue gas incineration chamber and flue gas passage is used to drive the carbonization furnace. No energy is needed to be added in the carbonization process.

2. It can finishe 2-3batches every 24hours. The specific temperature and carbonization time are mainly depend on raw material moisture content, density, diameter size and carbonization degree, etc.

These gases through the carbonization furnace with there own pipes can make combustible gas diversion to the charring furnace combustion zone to the second fire heating.


4. Carbonization furnace excess gas can be used to dry the sawdust or to burn the boiler.


5. Carbonization furnace to end the charcoal cooling time is shorter, we use the inter layer of the gap between the unit water cooling carbonization furnace natural cooling, more efficient and convenient.
