Small-sized Spray Dryer Introduction
The small-sized spray dryer is designed and manufactured by absorbing international advanced technology, whose design is compact and can be moved. It is mainly for processing the fluid of high liquidity.
1.Spray, drying chamber and collecting devices all adopt transparent high-quality glass, which is a kind of high-temp resisting, high-borosilicate glass material, to provide stable environment without pollution. All glass components are easy to disassemble and clean.
2.Visual process of spray drying experiment , easy to control and detect and solve problems timely.
3.Built-in imported oil-free air compressor; powder particles diameter is normally distributed with good liquidity and low noise which is less than 60 db, according with national standards for laboratory.
4.Two-fluid spray of atomized structure, made of stainless steel 316.
5.Adopt PID for the temperature controller with ±1℃ heating temperature control accuracy.
6.The feeding amount can be adjustable by peristaltic pump.

Technical Features
1. The whole drying process of spray drying is completed in a vacuum environment, which greatly reduces the drying temperature of materials and solves the problem of spray drying of heat sensitive materials containing sugar materials.
2. Parameter display of color LCD touch screen: air inlet temperature / air outlet temperature / peristaltic pump speed / air volume / needle passing frequency.
3. Full automatic control: one button start, set the spray process parameters, the temperature reaches the predetermined
temperature, the peristaltic pump starts automatically, the touch screen displays animation and the running process is
clearly displayed. It only needs to press the stop button, and the machine automatically and safely shut down.
4. Manual control: if it is necessary to adjust the process parameters during the experiment, it is convenient to switch to the manual state, and the whole experiment process is dynamically displayed on the color touch screen (animation)
5. Equipped with nozzle cleaner (through needle). When the nozzle is blocked, it will be automatically cleared and the frequency of through needle can be automatically adjusted.
6. Shutdown protection function: just press the stop button when shutting down, the machine will stop running immediately except for the fan, to ensure that the heating part of the equipment will not be burnt out due to misoperation (forced shutdown of the fan).
