1. How about your products quality ?
- a: All of SKMEI branded items are waterproof, 100% test by machine
All SKMEI branded items are assembled in japanese battery, the life time could be last at least 1 year.
- b: For OEM products, we can prudce acccording to you requirment in CE/RoHS, Nickle free, etc.
You can let the third party to test products whether we produced as your requirments.
2. What's the delivery time ?
- a: For SKMEI branded items , after you confirm and make payment , 3~5 days we can delivery
- b: For OEM orders, based items which you choose , lead time from 30~ 60 days .
3. What's your MOQ?/Could you accept samll order ?
- For SKMEI branded items, We accept order like 200pcs, and you can mix order
- For OEM orders(customize logo ect), according to the different item we have different MOQ.
But generally each item each color can not less than 500pcs .
4. Do you accept payment by paypal ?
-Yes, we can accept payment by paypal, western union ,T/T by bank, Secure payment, Trade Assurance
5. What's your payment terms ?
- For SKMEI branded item , as we have stock, can delivery with 3~5 days.
Generally our distributor arrange payment 100% in advance.
- For OEM orders(customize logo ect), 30% deposit , 70% balance against delivery .
6. Could get some samples before make order ?
- Yes, we can arrange sample for you checking the quality, pls kindly contact us for details.
7. I have no agent in china , could you arrange shipment for us
- Yes, After you confirm the final order, we will check the shipping details and cost for you.
8. You are facotry or trade company?
