Technical Information:

The cup making machine is widly used for thermoforming packaging container, such as PP/PET /PS cups, yogurt cups,jelly cups,ice cream cups,instant noodle bowls,snack box, fast food box,all thin wall thickness containers,etc.

1.The main machine is a 4-lead column structure,the guide column is made of 40Cr steel,and the outer layer is hard chrome-plated.The rigidity is good,the guiding performance is accurate,the wear resistance is good,and it helps the service life of the die cut.The opening and closing of the die table adopts hydraulic five-point opening,which has high clamping accuracy.

2.Machine stretching head and sheet feeding use Japan brand servo motor.

(Energy saving, stable speed, accurate positioning, low noise and safer operation
control.)

3.The mold table is opened and closed using hydraulic five-pivot opening and closing molds, which has high clamping accuracy.

4.We could supply all kinds of moulds.

The features of our thermoforming machine:

• Hydraulic system uses domestic oil pump,Taiwan imported solenoid valve.


• The heater adopts clay arc electric heating tile,which has high heat effect,energy
  saving, safety and reliability.


• The feeding chain adopts a toothed double-row roller chain. The cooling water
  path inside the chain rail has high cooling efficiency and saves water source.The
  inner cover stainless steel plate and the guide rail are made of 40Cr quenching,
  the working surface has high hardness and long service life.The use time is
  20,000 hours.


• The gas control of the whole equipment (cylinder is domestic famous
  brand----Fangda) adopts Japanese and Taiwanese components,and the action is
  reliable,which makes the lifespan long.
