1. Description:

2000L 20HL Red Copper direct fire heating 4 vessel automatic beer brewing system is often used in micro breweries or bars. The system consists of four brewhouse vessels---Mash Tun and Lauter Tun and KettleTun and Whirlpool Tun. Mashing process is worked in one tank and lauter process is worked in one tank, and the kettle process is worked in one tank and whirlpool process worked in one tank, this configuration can have a high productivity.

This system usually brews one batch per day. If the second batch is required,it will need about 2 hours more. This system can cope with a temporary increase in production but not suitable for planned multi-batch brewing.

According to different fermentation time, usually 6 sets of 4000L fermenters or 12 sets of 2000L fermenters can be configured. 4 sets of 4000L fermenters and 4 sets of 2000L fermenters can also be configured to meet the needs of various beer types.

This brewery system also needs to be equipped with a complete automatic control system, malt milling system, CIP system,glycol cooling system, direct fire heating  system, air system, etc.

3.Features:

1) Four vessels with hot water tank, 2000L per batch, the first batch takes about 8 hours, and two batches in 10 hours is allowed ;

2) Completely SUS304 stainless steel material, easy to clean; Red copper outside can also be used to adapt to special environments such as bars;

4) The wort is cooled by city water and -5 degrees glycol water in two stages, and it can also be designed to cool in a single stage;
